Large-scale multifamily rehabilitation project involving a 950-unit residential community consisting of extensive indoor and outdoor improvements, infrastructure rehabilitation, occupied-unit coordination, and multi-phase construction operations.



Project scopes included roofing replacement across multiple buildings, asphalt rehabilitation throughout the community, residential unit improvements, window and door replacement initiatives, landscaping upgrades, and concrete walkway rehabilitation.

The project required ongoing coordination between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, property management, and active residents throughout construction operations within an occupied environment.

Responsibilities included contractor coordination, schedule oversight, budgeting support, change order review, progress monitoring, communication management, occupied-unit coordination, project organization, construction monitoring, and oversight across multiple simultaneous scopes of work.
