COMMERCIAL SHOPPING PLAZA REHABILITATION

Commercial shopping plaza rehabilitation and improvement project involving ADA compliance upgrades, large-scale parking lot restoration, structural improvements, tenant conversion work, rooftop HVAC system work, and overall commercial property upgrades.

The project included approximately 100,000 square feet of parking lot restoration, extensive concrete walkway and curb work, irrigation improvements, structural column repairs, infrastructure upgrades, tenant buildout work, and ongoing active commercial operations throughout construction.

Responsibilities included contractor and subcontractor management, schedule oversight, coordination between ownership, tenants, and contractors, construction monitoring, scope coordination, budgeting support, change order review, project organization, and management of multiple active scopes of work while maintaining uninterrupted plaza operations throughout the rehabilitation process.
