We know that building a home can feel overwhelming — but with SC Wells Construction, it doesn’t have to be. From initial design to final walkthrough, we handle all the details so you can focus on the exciting parts. Here’s what our typical construction process looks like:

1. Design and Planning: We’ll discuss your vision, budget, and layout ideas to draft a customized plan that checks every box.
2. Site Preparation and Foundation: Our crew preps the land, pours the foundation, and ensures every inch meets local building codes.
3. Framing and Structure: We construct the framework for your new home or addition with precision and durability in mind.
4. Systems Install: Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are professionally installed to keep your home comfortable and safe.
5. Exterior Work: This includes roofing, siding, and window installation — giving your home both protection and curb appeal.
6. Interior Finishing: From drywall and flooring to cabinets, fixtures, and paint, we bring your home’s interior to life.
