The project included coordination of custom and international materials with extended lead times, logistics management for specialty deliveries, crane coordination for large material installations, and integration of complex finish and specialty trade scopes within a constrained site environment.

Responsibilities included budget tracking, contractor and vendor coordination, payment coordination, procurement management for long lead-time materials, installation sequencing, schedule oversight, progress monitoring, quality control coordination, scope evaluation, owner communication, and oversight of complex construction operations throughout the renovation process.
